Citizen’s Return – Evil Zed (Free DL)

A while ago I used to make hip-hop beats under the name CitizenXain but one day I decided to abandon that name and try something new. I’ve been evil ever since, but the other day i made this and it reminded me of how I always wanted to sound as Citizen so im giving it away!

Jaw Jam, the american with a distinctly London sound.

Im very impressed with this guy, his beats are extremely well thought out and are pure vibes all round. He has that 140bpm swing down to a tee and his work is very musical, just check out his chord progressions. The only negative one could point out is that his sound basically is “James Blake” with a hint of “Mount Kimbie”. Thats not necessarily bad thing in most peoples eyes but i’m not sure everyone is ready to accept that Blake has essentially pioneered a new sound……..or two. REGARDLESS JAW JAM is doing it correct!!  Check out mans Soundcloud for his sounds with some free downloads and ting.
